Quality Standards & Technical Specifications

High-Performance Concrete Quality

We utilize premium concrete with an ultimate compressive strength of no less than 450 kg/sq.cm (tested via 15x15x15 cm cubes) or 350 kg/sq.cm (tested via 6”x 12” cylinders) at 28 days. We specifically use High Early Strength Portland Cement (Type III), which strictly complies with American Standard ASTM C150 and local industrial standards, ensuring rapid and durable foundation development.

Pre-stressing Method & Concrete Strength

Our production employs the Pre-Tensioning Method. The pre-stressing force is only transferred into the concrete once the strength has reached a minimum of 250 kg/sq.cm. This systematic approach ensures that every pile can withstand immense structural pressure and environmental stress without compromising integrity.

High-Tensile Steel Wire & Strands

We use Uncoated Stress-Relieved Indented Type steel wires (diameters: 4mm, 5mm, and 7mm) with low relaxation properties, meeting ASTM A421 and TIS standards. These wires offer a tensile strength of up to 1770 N/sq.mm. For heavy-duty requirements, we integrate 7-wire steel strands (9.3mm to 12.7mm) with a tensile capacity of up to 1860 N/sq.mm for maximum reinforcement.

Structural Grade Steel Stirrups

All stirrups and hoops are manufactured using Round Mild Steel (Structural Grade) with a yield strength of no less than 2,400 kg/sq.cm. Following TIS 194-2535 standards, these components provide essential lateral support, ensuring the piles remain stable against shifting soil and seismic movements.
